Goan cuisine is mostly based on sea food as Fresh Fish, prawns, crabs, lobsters. The local drink for which goa is famous is "Feni", either made from coconut or cashew fruit juice.  
 
The beautifully warm, clear and dry weather of the tropical winter between mid October and April is the best time to come to Goa.
